In Allegro, select Setup > User Preferences
In Categories, select Paths > Library
In Category : Library, click ... after padpath
The Items window shows where you should place a copy of the downloaded .zip archive file contents.
Restart Allegro upon making changes to the padpath settings
Note: Frequent users may want to create a new path for each download to store padstacks.
