How to avoid nets to be connected automatically in Eagle

If power pins are used on a symbol and a corresponding general supply pin exists on the schematic, nets are connected automatically. To avoid the nets to be connected automatically, you can try any of the following workarounds:

1. Define a different net name for each symbol. Open the schematic and update the net name for each symbol pin, in the following example we updated VCC to VCC1, VCC2, and VCC3…

2. You can change the pin direction from PWR to IO. The layout will show all pins unconnected as the following image, so you can decide if you want to connect pins or not.
