Your Altium must have the latest SnapMagic Plugin for Altium. You can find that here. Please make sure to install the Altium Plugin while Altium Designer is closed.

After it has been installed, please open the SnapMagic Desktop App, select the Tools tab, and click the "Connect with your tool" button.

Additionally, the SnapMagic Desktop App only supports versions 21 and above.
