Follow these steps to import symbols & footprints into ExpressPCB Plus:
Symbols:
Launch ExpressSCH Plus.
Click on Component > Component & symbol Manager.
Click on Import Eagle Part.
Select the .lbr file downloaded from SnapEDA and click Open.
In the success popup, click OK.
Click on Done.
Footprints:
Launch ExpressPCB Plus.
Open a new or existing project.
Click on File > Import Eagle File.
Select the .lbr file downloaded from SnapEDA and click Open.
In the success popup, click OK.
