How to manually install the SnapMagic plugin in Fusion360?

Guide on how to manually install the SnapMagic plugin if the installer did not work in Fusion360

If there are some issues during installation and the SnapMagic icon is not showing on the Fusion360 tab, follow the instructions below:


​***REQUIREMENT: You need to find where the plugin was installed. Most of the time it is installed in this location:
​
​C:/Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins/SnapEDA.bundle/Contents.
​

  1. Open up Fusion360 software. Click UTILITIES > ADD-INS

  2. Click the Add-Ins tab > Click the green plus icon beside My Add-Ins

  3. Go to the directory where you saved the plugin and add the Contents folder. Once done, you will see the SnapMagic added on the My Add-Ins.
    ​

  4. Click the SnapEDA and click Run. You should now see the SnapMagic Icon.
