"Failed to initialize database" error in Co-Pilot

  1. To solve this issue, please disconnect your Altium Extension by selecting the "Disconnect" option.

  2. Close both the Altium and Copilot apps. You can close the co-pilot app by following this guide.

  3. Install SQLite ODBC driver from this link or by direct download.

  4. After that, please start Copilot and re-connect your Altium extension from the app.
